Project to replace 27 Bray Pnuematic with 120VAC electric actuators. Job consisted of 10 Remote hand stations and 27 IQT3 actuators. Scope was to remove the bray actuators, install new mounting adaptions, install actuators, wire the actuators to 120VAC, wire the 4-20ma control and remote hand stations where necessary. 

Retrofitting 25 Auma to Rotork IQ3 and IQT3. Scope of work was to remove Auma, install new brackets, Install Rotorks and wire. Had to alternate heat exchangers to keep 2 up at all times.

Assist Installing 14 IQ actuators on Asphalt lines, had to use side handwheels on several due to space restraints. 

Replace 20 Rotork Mk1 Pakscan with the new MK3 Pakscan version. Upgraded 2E to P3

Replace water hydralic actuators with 120VAC IQT3 Electric actuators

Replaced 4 Bray pneumatic with IQ3/IW actuator gearbox combo. Replaced Belimo with Schischek and replaced Johnson control linear with CVL. All pneumatic to 120VAC electric
